Shipping & Delivery

All UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked services. For orders outside the UK, we will use a courier service depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has dispatched. Please note, all orders outside the UK (including Europe and Ireland) may be subject to VAT, import duties or other tax. These are solely the responsibility of the customer and will be charged directly by the shipping company. All orders shipped outside the UK are Final Sale. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted for items bought online within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in a resalable condition with any tags still attached and unworn. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not be responsible for lost of missing items. International orders are final sale and we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on international orders and cannot accept returns if you decide you do not want to pay these. Once the item is shipped, the sale is final. If you would like more information on duties and taxes for international orders, please email us. For hygiene reasons earrings and underwear are non returnable and non exchangeable. Items bought in the shop are non returnable but we will offer an exchange or credit note for 14 days after purchase with a valid receipt. Items must not be worn, have the original tags and be in resalable condition. Faulty items will be refunded within a reasonable time frame. Sale items bought in the shop are final.
